Young people (13–17 years) are at a turning point in life. With the right guidance, they can develop confidence, direction, and skills that set them up for success. Unfortunately, many lack access to structured mentorship and role models. At Humans of Volunteering, we step in to bridge this gap.
A structured mentorship program that:
With Shiksha Trust, we facilitated mentorship sessions for adolescents in underserved schools. SAP employees volunteered as mentors, guiding students through soft skills development, career awareness, and confidence-building workshops. The program created strong mentor–student bonds and measurable improvements in student participation and self-expression.
In partnership with VFS Global and partner Captain Social, we launched Project Kaushal — a youth mentorship initiative designed to build essential soft skills and career readiness among adolescents. Through interactive mentor-led sessions, students explored leadership, communication, time management, and presentation skills. The project blended creativity with structured guidance, helping young learners gain confidence and practical tools for their future.
